Work with a member of USA Swimming High-Performance Staff, Dr. Sam LaRiviere, to optimize your training program and reach your goals. Most endurance athletes will benefit from individualized, adaptable programs that can optimize your strengths, improve your weaknesses, and adjust to your lifestyle. Working with a physical therapist can give an added benefit of injury prevention, adaptability surrounding the injury, and biomechanical analysis. 

  Consultations with Dr. Sam will take a critical look at you as an individual, your training history, strength, flexibility, and running mechanics.
